If you need to add an existing user to an account or invite them to Blackbird, please do the following:

• Visit https://cloud.blackbird.video
• Log in using your account manager credentials
• From the list of available accounts on the landing page
• Click the cog icon on the right hand side of the page and select "Users" from the drop down menu (Note: the same process can be used to remove an account manager by selecting "Managers")

• Select "Users with access" or if the user to be removed is someone who has not yet completed their sign up process select "Invited users"
• Next to the user to be removed there is a red cross icon, press this to remove the user

• You will then be asked to confirm removal of the user from the account.
