If all the Media is missing in the account please check the following:


Check the Blackbird Edge server is switched on and has a connection to the internet.

Blackbird Server watchfoldertab: check that watchfolder is enabled, targets correct accountand when last scanned

Blackbird account: Manage to check that Blackbird Server has been added to user list as“uploader”


If some of the media is in the account then please check the following:

Search for the media in the 'Folder' location and the 'Bin' location.


If media wasn't ingested correctly into the Blackbird account: adjust settings in the folder column, click “forget” and “check now”.
