To remove a user from your account, you need to be an account manager. 

Follow the below instruction to remove a user:

1. Log at https://cloud.blackbird.video/login
2. Click on your account name
3. Go to the "Users" tab on the left
4. Expand the "Users with access" tab
5. Click on the red "X" next to the user you want to remove
6. Click the "Remove" option

When removing an account manager, follow the same procedure but go to the "Managers" tab in step 3 instead.
