1. Log in at https://cloud.blackbird.video/login

2. Type in your account name and hit enter

3. Click on the account

4. Click on users tab on the left

5. Expand the "Users with access" tab

6. Click on the red "X" next to the user you want to remove

7. Click the "Confirm" option

When removing an account manager, follow the same procedure but go to the "Managers" tab in step 3 instead.
